Power Network Design Ltd was formed in January 2007. The company is owned and managed by Michael Bartley BEng (Hons) MIET MIEEE LCGI.

Michael has over 20 years experience in railway engineering and operations including:

. 11kV to 33kV power system design including protection co-ordination and fault analysis.
. Substation equipment and SCADA commissioning.
. Detailed design of HV protection systems.
. Software based system/feasibility studies on a.c. and d.c. traction systems.

We aim to provide technical excellence across electrification design, operations and construction activities.
